Cold and without wood
Cold and without wood
in mist too thick to gather;
perfecting alone.
The sun awakens
The sun awakens
to dance among your facets.
The moon, smiling, fades.
Basho – Slender, so slender
Slender, so slender
its stalk bends under dew —
little yellow flower.
